Stratoworks was founded by technologists who found themselves working repeatedly with medical device businesses facing similar challenges.
Different ways of selling.

Systems that didn’t quite fit how the business actually operated.
So the work deepened.
Projects became long-term relationships.
Systems evolved over time rather than being replaced.
Understanding came from staying close to the detail.
That’s how MediDev emerged –
not as a rebrand or a pivot,
but as a clearer way of describing what we already do.

Founder
Ashley Goodman
Founder & Technical Director
Ashley has nearly 30 years’ experience in technology, working at a senior level across complex, regulated environments.
Over the last two decades, his work has increasingly focused on ecommerce systems for medical device companies – from early platforms through to infrastructure that has supported acquisition and growth.
In 2021, he moved to the Devon coast with his family. Between the sea, the sailing, and raising his kids by the water, he builds systems for a global client base from a place that keeps things in perspective.
MediDev was founded to bring a more considered, specialist approach to this space – one that reflects how these businesses actually operate, rather than forcing them into generic systems.
